Megan ThompsonMegan Thompson is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and is Certified in Financial Forensics by the AICPA (CFF). She is a qualified expert witness and has experience in litigation support including the preparation of business valuations, analysis of income available for support, stock option and retirement plan allocations, separate property tracing, Moore/Marsden calculations and Pereira/Van Camp determinations.

In 2012, The California Society of CPAs (CalCPA) voted Ms.Thompson Young Emerging Professional (YEP) of the Year (Read the full CalCPA article here) and in 2014 was awarded Forty Under Forty by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.

Mike ThompsonMichael S. Thompson CPA/ABV, CFF is a recognized authority on the subject of accounting, valuation and forensic analysis.  Mr. Thompson has over 30 years experience in consulting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and is Certified in Financial Forensics by the AICPA (CFF)

He is the president of the San Jose Chapter of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and is also a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers. Mr. Thompson also serves as a commissioner on the Santa Clara County Assessment Appeals Board and is a member of the San Martin Planning Advisory Committee.

During his career as a Certified Public Accountant Mr. Thompson has provided financial services to clients in many areas.  He has assisted in the preparation of business planning projections as well as obtaining financing, providing computer consulting and systems analysis and design, as well as having provided tax and accounting services.

Mr. Thompson has extensive experience in litigation support, including the preparation of business valuations, lost profits and wages, analysis of income available for support, stock option and retirement plan allocations, tracing, Moore/Marsden calculations and Pereira / Van Camp determinations.

He is qualified as an expert witness in several counties and he is a frequent speaker on tax and financial subjects as well as having designed and taught accounting, taxation and industry analysis classes for the banking industry.
